At 615evals (a service by Travel Sports Services LLC), we care about your privacy and the security of your child’s information.

When you create an account or purchase an evaluation, we may collect:
- Parent information: name, email, login credentials (via Google or email)
- Athlete information: name, age, height, weight, bio photo, throwing/hitting preferences, goals
- Evaluation data: performance stats, videos, and coach notes
- Device and usage info (e.g., cookies, browser type)
How We Use It
We use this information to:
- Build a detailed athlete profile
- Deliver the evaluation experience
- Help local baseball clubs view athlete profiles (with your consent)
- Improve our services and offer relevant features
Who We Share It With
We may share athlete profiles with approved local clubs participating in the 615evals system. We do not sell your or your child’s data to advertisers or outside platforms.
Your Choices
- You can request to update or delete your account and data at any time
- You can opt out of marketing communications
- You may request a copy of the data we’ve collected
Data Security
We use secure servers, limited access controls, and third-party integrations (e.g., Google login) to protect your information.
Children’s Data
All athlete information is submitted by parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to create an account directly.

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll update the date above and notify users if the changes are significant.
